Paradox House by The XSS

A split-level warehouse turned chic multimedia design studio, Paradox House finds the perfect balance between functionality and style while reflecting its owner unique taste and way of life. Geometric shapes and lines are modern and awe-inspiring but tastefully done to ensure a unique working space.

Looking at Paradox House vertically allows you to see the harmony in its design – An organized chaos of horizontal and vertical elements that fits perfectly down to the last detail.

The steel and glass staircase is a visual treat. Cleverly designed, it looks as though it suspends freely, creating the illusion of floating from one section of the property to another.

True to its name, the recurring theme in Paradox House’s design is contrast – think dark materials paired with stark white walls and matte silver aluminum and mosaic tiling softened by the presence of silky fabrics. Because a large wall compresses the split-level space to become increasingly narrow, the office on the top floor has been designed glass walls to ensure the property’s open flow is not obstructed.
