Lookout Residence by Bertram Architects
This house located in amazing location at the City of Beverly Hills. Designed by Bertram Architects.
Set on a dramatically elevated spur of land overlooking the Los Angeles basin, a set of carefully arranged planes and volumes comprise a modernist residence for a couple and their small child. Referred to as “the jewel box” owing to its finely articulated detailing, the house expresses its quiet luxury through white terrazzo floors, black walnut wall paneling, and imported limestone.
