This pair of speculative single family residences carefully balances the virtues of panoramic ocean views with the realities of a dense urban context. They are comprised of a series of interlocking spaces that are organized around courtyards and terraces. These outdoor rooms are landscaped and open to the sky, providing daylight to the lower levels and extension to adjacent spaces.
